Well Done- Charity honoured by TUC
The Liverpool-based charity has been presented with a Unionlearn Quality Award in recognition for its work with the Trade Union Congress (TUC). It provided the union with extensive training and advice to deal with workplace health problems.Unionlearn, which was established by the TUC, provides learning support for union members. TUC north west union manager, Dave Eva, said: “The award is an endorsement by Unionlearn of Health@Work’s approach as a trainer and in respect of the advice and support the charity has given the TUC.”Health@Work executive director Frances Molloy commented: “I’m really pleased to be presented with such an esteemed award. We really enjoy working with the TUC in partnership with employers and it’s thanks to all the efforts of our team that we’ve been put forward for and received this endorsement.”
