This will allow it to provide a range of news services including fire safety compliance inspection, testing and reporting, fire extinguisher and fire alarm system servicing, as well as the installation of a wide range of fire safety systems.Igrox provides pest control and fumigation services, and when combined with Connaught’s existing pest business, will further enhance the group’s portfolio of integrated compliance services.Connaught chief executive, Mark Davies, said: “The acquisitions of UK Fire and Igrox are in line with Connaught’s stated strategy of establishing a national capability in all of its key services in order to deliver an integrated compliance solution. “The market for outsourced compliance services in the UK is very large and fragmented and the acquisition of these businesses further increases the breadth of compliance services we can offer, making our multi-service capability ever more compelling for customers.”
