Getting the safety message across
A new communications firm is giving away free health and safety posters to the first 200 businesses to email its website.
Safetyposters365.com, which launched last month, says the initiative is meant to underline the importance of providing employees with clear health and safety advice and information.
The firm’s operations director, Paul Whitaker, said: “Workplace injuries cause pain to the employee, disruption to the business and damage to the finances, so avoiding them makes sound commercial sense.
“Our posters remind employees of important safety messages in an accessible and light-hearted way, and, if they help prevent even one workplace injury, they will have had a positive impact.”
Safetyposters365.com has more than 380 poster designs, with messages covering everything from the importance of wearing personal protective equipment to hazard reporting and slips, trips and falls. Clients can also have their own poster ideas made up to order.
