Firm engages supply chain in accident reduction
Mechanical and electrical company HE Simm has launched a pioneering scheme, which, it says, will raise the bar in safety standards within its supply chain.
Earlier this month, the firm launched its Focus 30 initiative to more than 130 of its stakeholders at an event in Liverpool. The scheme is aimed at reducing accidents and making HE Simm’s business operations greener and more efficient.
As part of the initiative the company will work with its supply chain to identify and implement 30 measures over the next 30 months to improve its HSEQ practices. The company’s core sectors include commercial, residential, health care, education, hotels, leisure and retail, for which HE Simm provides complete engineering services and facility management across the UK.€
