Fellowship award for safety author
Stephen Asbury, who served on the IOSH Council of Management from 1998 until last year, has been awarded a Fellowship of the Institute for Learning (IfL).€ᄄ
He adds this Fellowship to three others that he already holds — the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA), IOSH (CFIOSH), and the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (FIEMA).
€ᄄAn author of several health and safety books, Stephen said: “I am proud and delighted to have been recognised by the IfL for its highest category of recognition as a professional tutor.”
Stephen is managing director of Midlands-based health, safety and environmental training and consulting group, Corporate Risk Systems Limited (CRS). The company has worked on health and safety assignments in more than 50 countries, and this year celebrated its 15th anniversary with a tree-planting ceremony in the National Forest.
