mental-1389919_640The Mental Health Foundation has released a series of publications aimed at helping people understand how to effectively manage their own mental health, including managing and reducing stress, looking after your mental health using exercise and how to manage fear and anxiety.

These guides could be useful to disseminate among your workforce to read at their leisure, and might help managers in planning and preparing guides or toolbox talks in educating your workers about managing mental health.

Sleep and Fatigue: Director’s Briefing
