Take part in this survey for a chance to win £100 Amazon vouchers.
A survey, commissioned by Make UK and in association with SHP, will aim to find, amongst other things, what the current EHS culture is within organisations and what their EHS priorities are over the next 12 months.
Are organisations; reactive and simply complying with the law? Are they dependent, with management commitment and supervisors controlling safety? Are they independent, with employees understanding their responsibilities and following the rules to stay safe? Or are they interdependent, with everyone looking after each other, high levels of near misses and impactful safety conversations? Or maybe it’s something else?
What are the EHS priorities within your organisation over the next 12 months? Is it wellbeing and mental health? Is is transition to net zero? Is it organisational culture and change? Is it EHS compliance? Or, is it professional development of staff?
This survey will give you a chance to have your say on what you are doing within your organisation now and in the future.
