SHE 11 – Skyguard – hall 2, stand t62

Skyguard will be showcasing what it says is the UK’s smallest personal safety and tracking device – the MySOS. The key fob-sized device is said to weigh just 40g and can be worn as a pendant, or attached to a bunch of keys.

Skyguard adds that it is certified to lone-worker device standard (BS 8484). It uses GPS and GPRS technologies to transmit its location to Skyguard’s Incident Management Centre (IMC).

To initiate an alarm the user presses the SOS button, and within seconds, says Skyguard, the device will connect to the IMC, where trained controllers will have all the relevant details of the user.

MySOS features an innovative tracking device, called On-Demand Position Request, which allows nominated mobile phones to request the device’s location on a map by sending it a text message. Find out more at www.skyguardgroup.com
