Lone-worker protection- Emergency-response service
Skyguard says it is leading the way in the lone-worker protection market with the launch of its subscription-only emergency-response service, for only £17.75 a month.
The price includes a choice of GPS-enabled devices, which clients can use to connect to Skyguard’s response service using a 24/7 Incident Management Centre. A mobile-phone software download option is also available for clients who don’t want to carry a dedicated device.
The Centre is said to be staffed by professionals who have been trained to deal with stressful or violent situations. The purpose-built software means they have real-time information on hand, enabling them to see whatever information a user has entered securely into the system, says the company.
Adds chief executive, David Ince: “We know that when a customer presses a button to request help, that moment is critical to them.”
We have therefore used all our resources to ensure that the service we offer at that moment is the best in the industry: people’s lives depend on it. With our subscription pricing, customers can benefit from our unrivalled service for a minimal monthly fee and no capital outlay.” To find out more, e-mail [email protected]
