Pallet safety – Plastic Extruders Vynaband

Plastic Extruders says Vynaband is the innovative aid for efficient and safe unitisation of pallets when they are being moved or temporarily stored on site.

Essentially a giant elastic PVC band for pallets, it is manufactured in the UK and supplied in pre-sealed loops in continuous reel form. Plastic Extruders says it is far quicker to use than traditional pallet wrap and, as it can be reused, provides an excellent lifecycle cost, with less waste.

Each box contains one roll of red Vynaband welded at intervals and which can be cut, as required, to provide 20 individual 3.5 metre bands. These bands are said to be able to stretch over pallets with circumferences between 3.5 and 4.5 metres, and so can be used for different pallet loads and sizes.
