HSE launches probe into patient death at Stafford Hospital

My sympathies go to the immediate family of Mrs Astbury. Six years have passed since her unfortunate death and still the investigations go on. Hopefully, everybody involved directly & indirectly with her case are still alive, or there will be considerably more delay. How can this happen in the 21st Century? Quote, “The regulatory gap needs to be closed as a matter of urgency”. Too damn right!! C’mon HSE, let’s get an early conclusion for her family’s sake.
