More than 90 health and safety experts join advisory panel

A group of more than 90 health and safety leaders have joined Acre Frameworks’ new advisory panel.

The panel will examine the changing skill sets and needs of health and safety professionals, with a focus on behavioural development and getting people home safely at the end of the working day.

Among the professionals on the Acre Frameworks Advisory Panel are representatives from Amazon, Vodafone, Salesforce, Siemens, Selfridges, Willmott Dixon, Luton Airport, ITV, Heathrow and Arriva.

Over the coming months, Acre aims to build a community committed to learning and driving change across the health and safety profession.

The panel has been assembled in light of the launch of version 2.0 of the Acre Frameworks dashboard next week, a unique and progressive development tool, which not only allows managers to objectively understand their teams behaviours but to track year-on-year change and even benchmark their team against industry averages.

These services are aimed at prioritising the development of non-technical competency alongside technical proficiency for the purpose of supporting a wider change in the profession.

Acre Frameworks“Acre Frameworks has been really valuable in helping us focus on the skills that make a great safety professional in our business.” says Ruth Denyer, Group Operational Risk Director at ITV,

“As a team it’s helped us to understand our individual strengths and inform our development plans, according to where our strengths and limiting behaviours lie.”

The Acre Frameworks assessment tool works by gathering objective data on a participant’s work-based personality preferences and mapping it to the newly updated competency framework.

Frameworks then generate a bespoke report for each individual and provide a business with access to team data and industry standards via the dashboard.

Experienced Acre Frameworks coaches and consultants are also on hand to deliver additional services to support team development; including one-to-one coaching, bespoke training workshops and full development centres.

“If you had told us three years ago when we launched Frameworks we would be able to assemble such an inspiring community of HSE professionals I wouldn’t have believed it possible.” Says Anna Keen, Director at Acre Frameworks.

“Thank you to each and every one of you for your time in reviewing our Framework and your continued supported in driving positive change in the profession. Should you want to know more about the panel or the unique service offering of Acre Frameworks please get in touch or follow us on LinkedIn.”
