The programme
You’ll get to see for the very first time a preview of the new Managing safely course. “Interactive”, “informative” and “thought provoking” are just some of the comments from trainers who took part in the pilots. Don’t take our word for it though, come along to any of the venues and take a look for yourself.
Our guest speaker, Philip Hesketh, a specialist in the psychology of persuasion, will reveal a host of techniques to help make you a more persuasive individual: “People are motivated to do what they want to do. You have to find out their motivation and it’s then that you can be more influential.”
He’ll illustrate his session with a range of examples, including why using the word ‘okay’ is not used by persuasive people, and why indicating you can lower the price means you’ve already agreed to reduce it. You won’t want to miss this one!
So, if you haven’t yet booked your place, priced at £80 + VAT per person, please call Lynn Austin now on 0116 257 3186 or email [email protected]
