Training roadshow- Want help marketing your training courses?
If you want to get more ‘bums on seats’ at your IOSH training courses, then this year’s Training Roadshow will be a chance to find out how.
Members of IOSH’s marketing team will be on hand to tell you how to raise your game when it comes to promoting your business, and they’ll also be revealing what other trainers have been doing to succeed in tough economic times.
Tracey Wright, IOSH’s marketing manager, said: “More and more trainers are asking us for help as to how they should go about marketing their courses. So this year, we’ll be taking a look at some really practical marketing ideas that will cost very little, are quick to set up and deliver immediate results.
“We’ve also been talking to trainers who are still doing well in these challenging times and we’ll be sharing their success stories with everyone too.”
Top coaching
Steve Head is one of the UK’s most sought-after performance and coaching specialists. He set up his own business in 2001, following 20 years’ experience as a top sports coach and 16 years in business. He now runs personal development programmes for organisations throughout the UK and Europe.
Steve believes there’s never been a more critical time to build your self-esteem and confidence. He says: “Too many people focus on negative experiences instead of positive ones. If a top golfer plays a bad shot and takes that emotion on to the next hole, he’ll create the same situation again. It becomes a line of reference. I’ll show you how to stop that same situation happening again.”
