IOSH members have once again done themselves proud — by responding in huge numbers to our latest member survey.
3760 of you responded to the survey to give your views on the services IOSH provides and what you think we can do better. It was also your chance to tell us your thoughts about branches and specialist groups, and about the campaigns and lobbying we do on your behalf.
Ruth Doyle, director of communications at IOSH, said: “We distributed the survey by email to over 20,000 members, and many more members joined in via the link we placed on the IOSH website.
“It’s good that so many members care about what IOSH does for them, and have suggestions on how we can do better. The response rate was 17.4 per cent of the survey sample, which is extremely high when you consider the average response to industry surveys is between five and 10 per cent.”
