Come together to celebrate the achievements of the health and safety profession at this year’s Annual Dinner and Awards.
The event takes place at the historic Midland Hotel in Manchester on 15 November and is an opportunity to get together with colleagues to enjoy a gourmet dinner and celebrate the successes of the previous year.
It will also be the setting for Lisa Fowlie’s inaugural presidential speech after taking over from Neil Budworth.
Three awards will be handed out: the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award, the Technician Safety Practitioner Scholarship and the Practical Project Award.
The black tie evening includes an address from the incoming director of the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work, Dr Jukka Takala. There will also be a casino, a wine reception, and entertainment from a caricaturist and a harpist.
