Have your say in the survey
In the next few days, IOSH members will be invited to take part in the biggest and most extensive survey the institution has carried out for many years. We want to know if we’re giving you what you want and need from your professional body, and it’s your chance to tell us what you think we do well, and how we can improve our service to you.
The survey will be sent to you by email on 4 December, and will ask for your views on all our member benefits and services, including branches and specialist groups.
Ruth Doyle, director of communications, said: “This survey is your chance to have your say on what IOSH does for you. We want to know what you think of the services we offer and where we can improve. We’re determined to give members great value for their subscriptions. Members are normally fantastic at responding to surveys — so we are looking forward to a bumper response!”
We have decided to distribute the survey by email, because it is the most cost-effective way to reach the largest number of our members in one go. It also allows members to give their views quickly and easily.
Currently we have email addresses for about two thirds of our members — but don’t worry, if we don’t have your email address, or the address we have is out of date, you can still take part in the survey.
If you haven’t received an email from us within a couple of days of 4 December, please go to www.iosh.co.uk, where there will be information on the home page about the survey, and you can register your interest to take part. We will then send you a secure numbered link to the online survey.
We need your responses by 18 December. Remember, your views steer our future so don’t miss out!
