Prosecutions in December 2018: video round-up of the 6 biggest court cases

The biggest health and safety prosecutions over the past month, measured by readers’ interest on SHP.

This month’s video highlights six prosecutions. It includes fines for a metal recovery company, a healthcare firm, a bakery, a £200,000 fine for Network Rail, a manufacturing firm and huge fines for three logistics companies after a worker was hit and killed by an HGV.
