Training – FPA DVD
The Fire Protection Association has launched a new training DVD, Fundamentals of Health and Safety, which it claims is ideal for companies requiring a cost-effective, in-house training solution and for trainers who want to update their health and safety training aids with a single, comprehensive resource.
The DVD is divided into 11 modules, each covering an essential aspect of workplace health and safety, including: risk management; accident reporting; working at height; slips, trips and falls; lone working; asbestos; hazardous substances; fire safety; and manual handling. It allows trainers to tailor content to their audience and focus on specific health and safety areas, says the FPA.
