Fire safety event in Weymouth
Dorset Fire & Rescue Service (DFRS) is teaming up with the Fire Door Inspection Scheme (FDIS) to help people responsible for property understand their responsibilities under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 (RRO). Attendees will receive advice and best practice guidance on how to ensure that they and their fire doors stay on the right side of the law. The free half day seminar starts at 9.30am on Friday 17th April and takes place at Weymouth Community Safety Centre.
Speakers will include Andy Fox, Head of Fire Safety at DFRS, Neil Ashdown, FDIS General Manager, Jeremy French, Certificated Fire Door Inspector and Shaun Brown of GEZE UK.
