Event – Mind the gap in fire information
The UK’s Fire Information Group (FIG UK) is holding a seminar Mind the Gap in Fire Information: Update 2016 in October in Russell Square, London.
The seminar, will look at many areas including fire safety in high rise buildings/structures, trends in fires, 150 years of London Fire Brigade, and robots in the fire scene.
Speakers for the seminar include Dr Barbara Lane, Arup; Dr James Glockling, Technical Director, Fire Protection Association; Jon Pagan, International Fire Consultants Ltd. (IFC Ltd) and Charlie Pugsley, Head of Fire Investigations , London Fire Brigade. Martin Shipp, Forthcoming President of the IFE will also address attendees.
Chaired by Sheila Pantry OBE, Sheila Pantry Associates Ltd, attendance to the seminar can earn delegates 3.5 CPD points.
FIG UK’s seminar takes place on Wednesday 26 October 2016 starting at 13.15 at Imperial Hotel, Senate Room, Russell Square, London.
