Representatives from Thrive Homes, which manages more than 4,000 homes in Watford and Three Rivers, entered a not guilty plea to failing to ensure the safety of a person other than an employee at St Albans Crown Court yesterday.
Thrive Homes is facing a charge that it exposed risks to people’s safety at a property in Ashburnham Drive between March 18, 2008 and June 27, 2011.
The case has been sent for trial, which is due to take place at St Albans Crown Court on September 22.
