Behavioural safety training

Training company LearnIt 121 has recently launched a new behavioural safety game — ‘Be Safe’ — which includes a behavioural safety short course and is, according to Learnit121, already proving tremendously popular with leading companies across many industries.

‘Be Safe’ requires four teams and LearnIt 121 recommends a maximum of four players per team, ideally from different functions and job levels. ‘Be Safe’ is designed to be delivered by internal company members of staff. LearnIt 121 claims that the game:

  • helps bring about behavioural change in a fun-to-learn way;
  • engages colleagues at all levels of an organisation; and
  • can be used alone, or as a part of a wider behavioural safety programme.

The company says that by the end of the course and game, the participants will understand that safe behaviour must become a part of their lives.

Bespoke versions of ‘Be Safe’ are available. To find out more, visit www.besafegame.co.uk
