The SHP Legal Arena 2012 will take place from 15 to 17 May at the NEC Birmingham, offering a FREE programme of topical presentations that nobody who is serious about health and safety can afford to miss.
Now in its fifth year, the SHP Legal Arena is the educational jewel in the crown of Safety & Health Expo – Europe’s largest annual exhibition event for the sector. Visitors to the Arena will hear from a veritable ‘dream team’ of legal eagles representing some of the UK’s most respected firms and chambers.
The speakers will cover a range of fascinating and engaging topics, addressing the myriad legal responsibilities and conundrums faced by today’s health and safety practitioners. Popular presentations at last year’s event included the proposed changes to RIDDOR, how to defend HSE prosecutions, and individual liability for health and safety offences.
