SHEilds Ltd, the Kingston upon Hull-based HS&E consultancy and training business, is expanding its operations to the Middle East and will open an office in Dubai in November.

It says several contracts for the supply of safety training to the construction industry in the region have already been secured.

SHEilds says the success of the company is mostly based on its unique selling point through eLearning and blended learning. It adds that its business model for the Middle East is to mirror its established operation in Hull and export this to the Dubai office, which will operate as a hub for the Gulf region and possibly beyond.
