Asbestos specialists DMW Environmental Safety Ltd have recently launched their Analytical Response Unit. The company says it can now send a mobile unit to any mainland-UK site and test bulk material samples on site, thus avoiding transportation and routine laboratory delays.

DMW says the unit will respond to all calls. Several construction groups, facilities management firms, and housing associations have already used the service and, adds the company, have been delighted at the speed of results. This new business unit supports DMW's core services of asbestos surveying, air monitoring and site testing, for which the company holds UKAS accreditation.
