HSE’s Heather Bryant to join UK construction firm

The HSE’s chief inspector of construction is set to join Balfour Beatty.

Heather Bryant, who has worked at the HSE for 26 years, will be the construction company in September.

Bryan has been HSE’s chief inspector of construction for the past 15 months, where she was responsible for strategy, policy and field operations across Great Britain, and central engagement with the constriction company.

Prior to this, she was HSE Divisional Director responsible for field operations across London, East and South East England.

In her new role at Balfour Beatty, Bryant will be overseeing a team of nearly 100 safety professionals across the UK and Ireland.
