IOSH confirms support for Safety & Health Expo 2017

Leading UK exhibition for safety and health professionals to continue partnership with chartered professional body for health and safety professionals.

Safety & Health Expo, organised by UBM EMEA, have today announced that IOSH, the Institution of Occupational Safety & Health, has confirmed its support as an Official Event Partner of Safety & Health Expo for 2017.

IOSH will continue to host the Official IOSH Theatre, providing tailored education sessions, and visitors can visit the IOSH stand to benefit from their unrivalled knowledge, accreditation, training and membership options. This partnership will allow Safety & Health Expo and IOSH to fully cater to the needs of health and safety professionals and will continue to cement Safety & Health Expo’s position as the national show for the safety and health industry.

Safety & Health Expo will also continue to fully support IOSH, promoting the exciting development of its new conference. IOSH announced earlier today that it will hold its next annual conference on 20 – 21 November 2017 at The International Convention Centre, in Birmingham.

Safety & Health Expo continues to go from strength to strength, with the 2015 show celebrating a 43% increase in visitors. The doors to ExCeL London open for 2016 between 21 – 23 June and the exhibition promises to be bigger and better than ever.

Now incorporating Professional Clothing Show, Safety & Health Expo 2016 will showcase the widest range of PPE in the UK under one roof. Over 20,000 health and safety products and solutions will be on display from 300+ suppliers including PPE, training, eLearning, behavioural safety, occupational health, asbestos awareness, noise control, ergonomics, drug and alcohol testing and driver safety, plus visitors to Professional Clothing Show can also source uniforms and workwear that comply with safety regulations.

Visitors will also benefit from over 80+ hours of CPD seminars and workshops, including expert health & safety speakers, John Green, Jason Anker and Tim Marsh.

Headlining a programme of more than 300 speakers will be keynote addresses from Colonel Tim Collins OBE, Kate Adie OBE and James Cracknell OBE, truly inspirational speakers who have shown grit and determination in the face of adversity.

Safety & Health Expo will be presented once again as part of UBM EMEA’s Protection & Management Series, the UK’s largest event dedicated to protecting and managing property, people and information. The series incorporates major events including Safety & Health Expo along with IFSEC International, FIREX International, Facilities Show, Professional Clothing Show and Service Management Expo, annually attracting more than 40,000 attendees over three days to ExCeL London. The series of events will run from 21 -23 June in 2016.
