The next Women in Health & Safety event is coming to Leeds on 10th October.  International Safety Awards 2016

Health and safety was celebrated in style at the International Safety Awards, hosted by the British Safety Council on Friday 6th May in London.

WICE awards judging day

The European Women in Construction and Engineering Awards judging day took place on 21 April, with finalists for the ‘Woman in Health and Safety’ category featuring candidates from Crossrail and Mace among others.

SHP Race Day 2016

SHP celebrated its inaugural race day at Epsom Downs Race Course on 20 April with SHP Race Day winners joining guests from various organisations to enjoy a day in the sun.

Capita Safety Lecture

The Capita Safety Lecture, which took place on the 14th October at the Royal College of Surgeons in London was hosted by Peter McGettrick, Capita’s Director of Health and Safety.

Barbour Director’s Club

Professor Tim Marsh presented his  message on well-being at the Barbour Directors’ Club on 21 January. Heather Beach, Director of UBM’s OSH portfolio introduced the event to an audience of well over 5o delegates.
